AP7Pay is an independent intermediary helping merchants and payment service providers identify third-party payment, acquiring, local payment, payout, account and card-issuing solutions. AP7Pay is not a bank, payment institution or licensed financial services provider; does not hold funds, issue accounts or process payments; and does not provide regulated services directly.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You confirm you are at least 18, act for a genuine business or are authorised to enquire, provide accurate information, and will not use the website unlawfully or disrupt it.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee provider acceptance, any specific rate, fee, feature or timeline, or successful onboarding. All solutions remain subject to the provider's assessment, criteria and approval.

Any resulting agreement is between you and the provider. AP7Pay is not a party and is not responsible for that provider's actions, terms, pricing, service, security or solvency.
6. Intellectual property
